Tents and campsite is easily accessible by car sand just 38 km from Nashik. This enables the participation of toddler to grandparents.

Answers the commonly ask questions for fireflies
The best viewing time is during early monsoon season (May-June) when fireflies are most active. During our program, the peak viewing hours are between 7:30 PM to 2:30 AM after it gets dark. Weather conditions like light rain or high humidity can enhance firefly activity.
We provide tented accommodation with foam sheet. Each tent can accommodate 2-3 persons. Basic washroom facilities with toilets and bathing areas are available at the campsite. While we aim to provide a comfortable experience, please remember this is a nature camp with fundamental facilities.
We serve delicious, fresh, and bellyful meals that include local cuisine. Dinner is served on arrival day, followed by breakfast on the next day. All meals are vegetarian.It includes dry sabji,gravi sabji,chappati,dal,rice,salad,sweet,pickel,theccha,pappad.
Photography is allowed, but flash photography is strictly prohibited as it disturbs the fireflies and affects their natural behavior. We recommend cameras with good low-light capabilities. Our guides can provide tips on capturing the best firefly photos without disturbing them.
We recommend bringing: personal bedding(If chosen stay plan)comfortable full clothing, shoes,Torch,Powerbank,personal toiletries, camera (without flash), water bottle), and any necessary medications. Avoid bringing valuable items.
Yes, the camp is family-friendly and safe for children.Children must always be supervised by parents/guardians. The walks are easy and gentle, but do involve being out after dark.

Light rain often enhances the firefly activity, creating a magical experience. Our tents are fully waterproof and designed to withstand typical monsoon conditions.
During heavy rainfall, fireflies take shelter beneath the leaves of trees to protect themselves. Once the rain subsides, they return to the leaves and resume their glowing display, allowing you to enjoy their natural beauty.
A portion of proceeds goes directly to firefly habitat preservation and development at Nisargamyee. We educate visitors about conservation, follow strict guidelines to minimize our impact, and actively work to maintain natural habitats. Our approach emphasizes sustainable tourism that benefits both local communities and firefly populations.
